Before you begin, please read the following tips from the Bookings Team to make your registration process easier.

• Make sure you have the details of the group you are registering.
• Ensure you've checked with your other leaders to ensure they have not already registered.
• Ensure you have the details of who will be primary contact for the booking including email, phone number and address.
• If you are booking for more than one section, please book them as the section you have the highest number attending. 
• Ensure you have an estimate of the number of participants you expect to attend.
• All Participants (regardless of Section) must be a Squirrel, Beaver, Cub, Rainbow or Brownie on the first day of Poacher.
• Registration is limited to groups within the Scout and Guide Counties of Lincolnshire or groups from Humberside County that are in the County of Lincolnshire.
• Please set up your log in details and ensure you keep the username and password in a safe place as you will need these to access your booking.
